DIT Two-color Infrared Pyrometer Suitable For Harsh Environment

  The DIT Series infared pyrometer is a two-color infared pyrometer protected from dust and spray by a NEMA 4 (1P66) rated housing. This pyrometer is idealy sutable for hightemperature measurements and a good choice for molten meta. wire and rod fomming, vacuum furnaces, inducion heating and kiln applications.

  DIT Two-color pyrometer features an advanced electro-optical design, digital electronics and buit-in user interface- all combined in a rugged, compact housing.

  DlT two-color pyrometers are ideal in situations where the target may be ostructed by atmospheric smoke or other particulates, where the target is moving, or the target is smaller than the field-of-view.

  DlT two-color pyrometer allows users to swich between one-color and two-color operation, which simplifies setup and provides continued measurement flexibility.

  The 4-digit LED display provides a convenient on-ine indicator of the pyrometer's operating status and easy operation of the parameters seting.

Key Configurations

The sensor features through-the-lens optical sighting. The optical resolutions is 280:1 and the smallest spot size is 2mm.The emissivity is 0.10 to 1.00 in 0.01 increments and the slope is 0.850 to 1.150 in 0.001 increments.
  DIT two-color pyrometer can be equipped with a compact,value-priced monitor that configures the functions via the front panel. It also incudes optional bidirecional RS485 serial communicatons between the pyrometer in the facory and a personal computer in the control room.This enables remote setup. monitoring and maintenance. especially valuable for installation in hard-to-reach locations.
