Features:
 

1) Easy Installation: fixing on the machine, aiming at the object, directly measure the temperature during the thermal process.

2) Accurate measurement: Ratiometric make sure overcome the influence of dust, smoke, water vapour, a small amount of steel slag and other factors, accurately measure the temperature of object.
    Especially, during metal thermal process, quickly oxidized on the metal surface to form an oxide layer, the layer shed or crack with the change of temperature. The gap between the oxide skin and the metal body formed, making the temperature of the oxide layer lower than the metal body. 
    Through 
special wavelength selection and software algorithm processing, the ratiometric thermometer can overcome the error caused, get reliable data for process analysis.
     
It also has advantages for vacuum or protective gas heating systems, which can overcome the measurement error caused by glass window materials and make the measured value closer to the true value.

3) Little maintenance: protected in a strong stainless steel case to resist harsh working environment, durable.
