Dikai IR Pyrometer for Accurate Temperature Measuring in Aluminum Manufacturing Process


IT-8 Infrared thermometer provides the advantages of infrared temperature
measurement 
in a powerful, compact, integrated sensor.

 

It measures target temperatures ranging from 200°C to 3000°C with four models.

 

The unit's onboard electronics are protected by an stainless steel housing,

allowing the sensor to function in ambient temperatures to 60°C without cooling.

 

LED display provides a convenient on-line indicator of the thermometer's operating status.

The sensor features coaxial laser sighting.

The optical resolution is 300:1 and the smallest spot size is 2mm.

Standard features include adjustable emissivity which is 0.10 to 1.00 in 0.01 increments.

It also includes optional bidirectional RS485 serial communications between the thermometer

on the factory floor and a personal computerin the control room.

This enables remote setup, monitoring and maintenance, especially valuable for installation

in hard-to-reach locations.
